UPSC Topper 2021 Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on May 30, announced the UPSC CSE result 2021. The result this time is that Shruti Sharma was declared the top performer. Ankita Agarwal was second, and Gamini Singla was the third-highest scorer. UPSC CSE result 2021 Live Updates
The final score has been released following the preliminary interviews, main and prelims.

Civil Services (Main) Examination Results for 2021 were released on the 17th of March. The candidates who passed the main test were called for an interview (personality assessment). The test of personality took place from April 5 through May 26 2022.
The UPSC CSE’s final score is dependent on the performance of candidates in the main and interview rounds.
UPSC has approved 685 candidates to be appointed. They include 244 general 73 EWS and OBC, 203 OBC, and 60 ST class candidates.
The results of 80 candidates are provisional and the results of one candidate are reserved for later release.
Shruti, who was the top scorer in the exams, is an honours graduate in History. Ankita, the second place holder, is an honour graduate economist. Both were educated at the University of Delhi.
Gamini, a computer engineering student, came in third. Shruti chose history for her exam. Ankita chose international relations and political science, while Gamini chose Sociology as her optional subject.
Aishwarya Verma was awarded the fourth rank, while Utkarsh Dwivedi received the fifth rank. Ten of the 25 top candidates are women. 177 of the total successful candidates are women.
The top 25 most successful candidates have graduated from prestigious institutions such as VIT, AIIMS, VIT and PEC. They also have degrees in engineering, medicine, and humanities.
Toppers chose subjects such as Anthropology, Economics and Geography to be their optional choices in the Written (Main), Examination.
There are 685 candidates, including 25 persons with Benchmark Disability — seven orthopedically handicapped; five visually challenged; eight hearing impaired and with multiple disabilities.
On October 10, last year, the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2021 took place. This examination was attended by 10,93,984 applicants. Of those, 5,08,619 actually took the exam. 9214 candidates were qualified for the Main Examination which took place in January of this year. 1,824 candidates were invited for the final interview.

The ”UPSC’ has a facilitation Counter’ located near the examination hall. Candidates can obtain any information/clarification regarding their examinations/recruitment on the working days between 10:00 hours to 17:00 hours in person or over telephone nos. The Commission stated that it could be reached at 23385271/23381125/23098543.
The UPSC website www.upsc.gov.in also has results. It stated that marks will be made available on the website within fifteen days of the declaration of results.
